Our primary goal is for students to understand and master concepts in real-time. Therefore, attending live sessions is mandatory and a top priority.
Live attendance is mandatory for all students enrolled in Ethical Coders Hub courses. Students are expected to actively participate in scheduled live sessions as part of their learning requirements.

Refund Policy for Attendance ViolationsStudents removed from the course due to attendance violations, excessive absenteeism, non-participation, or failure to comply with this Attendance & Participation Policy shall not be eligible for any refund.
All course materials, including videos, source code, PDF documents, and live sessions, are the exclusive property of Ethical Coders Hub.
You are strictly prohibited from recording, downloading (unless explicitly permitted), or distributing any course material. Any unauthorized distribution or sharing will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
We offer a 48-hour refund window from the time of your original payment. If you decide not to proceed with the course for any reason within this timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.
Once a student joins or attends any Live Session, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Accessing our live interactive classroom constitutes consumption of the service provided.

Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times. Violation of these standards may lead to immediate removal.
Courses are provided strictly for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes or financial gain.
Ethical Coders Hub is NOT responsible for any kind of damage, legal issues, or misuse caused by you using the skills taught in this program. You are solely responsible for your actions and the consequences of using the knowledge gained.
Ethical Coders Hub is not responsible for temporary platform outages or third-party service failures (e.g., Zoom or Cloud Providers).
We are proud to recognize the dedication and effort of our students. Upon completing the course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion, which highlights the knowledge, dedication, and skills you have gained through the program.
While this certificate reflects your achievements and showcases your skills, it is designed to serve as recognition of your learning journey. Please note that this is not an officially accredited certification.
This course is primarily designed for skill development, focusing on practical knowledge and hands-on training. We are also working toward obtaining official accreditation.

Finality of Decisions: All administrative decisions made by Ethical Coders Hub regarding enrollments, access, refunds, and batch transfers are final, binding, and non-negotiable.
Force Majeure: Ethical Coders Hub shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, natural disasters, government orders, or civil unrest.
Modifications: Ethical Coders Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
