Terms of Service

• Authorized Use: Access to courses is for the registered student only. You may not share your login credentials or account with any third party.
• Verification: All accounts are subject to identity verification. Providing false information or failing to verify your identity may lead to account suspension without refund.
• Account Locking: Our system monitors for suspicious activity. Multiple simultaneous logins or access from multiple geographical locations may trigger an automatic account lock.
• Mandatory Attendance: Attending live sessions and the first live session is mandatory. Please refer to Section 4 (Attendance & Participation Policy) for detailed requirements and penalties.
• Age & Eligibility: Users under the age of 18 must have explicit parental or guardian consent to enroll. Such students are required to submit a Parental Approval Letter as part of the verification process.

Our primary goal is for students to understand and master concepts in real-time. Therefore, attending live sessions is mandatory and a top priority.

• Recordings as a Resource: While recordings of live sessions are provided for your review, they are not intended to replace live attendance.
• Processing Delays: We will provide recordings for all sessions, but availability may occasionally be delayed due to technical processing. Ethical Coders Hub is not responsible for any such delays.

Live attendance is mandatory for all students enrolled in Ethical Coders Hub courses. Students are expected to actively participate in scheduled live sessions as part of their learning requirements.

• First Session Requirement: Attendance at the first live session is mandatory. Students who fail to attend the first session without prior approval from Ethical Coders Hub may be subject to an administrative penalty fee or other administrative action determined by Ethical Coders Hub.
• Absence Notification: If a student is unable to attend a live session due to a genuine reason, they must notify Ethical Coders Hub before the scheduled class whenever reasonably possible. Approval of an absence is at the sole discretion of Ethical Coders Hub.
• Excessive Absences: Repeated absences, excessive non-participation, failure to attend scheduled live sessions, or a pattern of poor attendance may result in administrative action even if prior notice was provided.

All course materials, including videos, source code, PDF documents, and live sessions, are the exclusive property of Ethical Coders Hub.

Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times. Violation of these standards may lead to immediate removal.

• Professional Conduct: Any form of harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior in community groups is strictly forbidden.
• Non-Defamation: Students and users agree not to make any false, disparaging, or defamatory statements regarding Ethical Coders Hub, its instructors, or its community. All grievances must be addressed privately through official support channels.

Courses are provided strictly for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes or financial gain.

Ethical Coders Hub is not responsible for temporary platform outages or third-party service failures (e.g., Zoom or Cloud Providers).

We are proud to recognize the dedication and effort of our students. Upon completing the course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion, which highlights the knowledge, dedication, and skills you have gained through the program.

While this certificate reflects your achievements and showcases your skills, it is designed to serve as recognition of your learning journey. Please note that this is not an officially accredited certification.

This course is primarily designed for skill development, focusing on practical knowledge and hands-on training. We are also working toward obtaining official accreditation.

• No Infrastructure Attacks: All users, visitors, and students are strictly prohibited from attempting to scan, test, or attack the Ethical Coders Hub infrastructure or its third-party services without explicit written authorization.
• No Self-Promotion: Promoting other courses, commercial services, or products in ECH community groups is strictly forbidden.

Finality of Decisions: All administrative decisions made by Ethical Coders Hub regarding enrollments, access, refunds, and batch transfers are final, binding, and non-negotiable.

Force Majeure: Ethical Coders Hub shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, natural disasters, government orders, or civil unrest.

Modifications: Ethical Coders Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
